Guillaume Marriage and Family Counseling of California, P.C. is seeking a bilingual Client Access & Intake Coordinator for our Sacramento office.

The role focuses on scheduling, intake coordination, and responsive client communication in English and Spanish or English-Hindi-Punjabi, with an initial part-time period leading to full-time employment. The position offers structured onboarding, paid training, and opportunities for career advancement within our growing behavioral health practice.

Qualificações

• Fluent in English and at least one required language (Spanish or Hindi and Punjabi).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Answer calls and respond to client inquiries in English and the required language(s).
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm client appointments and referrals.
• Register new clients and coordinate intake paperwork and documentation.
• Maintain scheduling records, assist with insurance information workflows, and support office operations.
