Guillaume Counseling Services, P.C. in SW Portland, Oregon, seeks a Spanish-English bilingual Client Access & Intake Coordinator to join our administrative team. The role supports intake, scheduling, and client access to behavioral health services.

This is an in-person, W-2 position, transitioning from part-time during training to full-time, with a 40-hour work week and possible Saturday mornings based on needs. Training and development are offered.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both Spanish and English required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain accuracy in a busy office environment.
• Proficiency with computers, email, scheduling systems, and common office applications.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Willingness to learn electronic health records and administrative procedures.
• Ability to work independently in the office without direct supervision.
• Ability to collaborate with clinical and administrative teams, including remote coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and respond to inquiries in Spanish and English.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments; coordinate referrals.
• Register new clients and maintain demographic records; assist with intake paperwork.
• Open the office at the start of the day and maintain a professional, welcoming environment.
