Job summary

Guillaume Marriage and Family Counseling of California, P.C. is seeking Spanish-English bilingual Board-Registered Associate and Licensed Mental Health Therapists to provide culturally responsive, trauma‑informed outpatient care across California.

Clinicians choose flexible schedules with hybrid, in‑person, and remote work; part‑time start with potential to grow to full‑time. Bilingual ability required; compensation is hourly and based on licensure, with supervision and professional support

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English with ability to provide therapy in both languages.
• Experience delivering trauma‑informed outpatient psychotherapy.
• Experience serving Medi‑Cal or publicly insured populations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally responsive, trauma‑informed individual, couples, and family therapy.
• Conduct assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation and participate in supervision and meetings.
