Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English required with strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to conduct outreach and engagement in both languages.
• Confidentiality, HIPAA awareness and professional boundaries.
• Proficiency with computers, scheduling platforms and electronic tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct community outreach in Spanish and English to increase awareness of outpatient mental health services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, referral partners, and other stakeholders.
• Assist prospective clients and families with understanding available services and navigating the referral process.
• Follow up with prospective clients and referral sources to support timely engagement.
• Maintain accurate outreach records and engagement outcomes.
• Collaborate with intake, scheduling, clinical, and administrative teams to support client access.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.
