Molly Maid of Lawrenceville, Norcross & Snellville is seeking a bilingual Cleaning Trainer & Quality Supervisor to lead a high-performing residential cleaning team. You will train staff, coach performance, and ensure top service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Minimum 3 years of professional residential cleaning experience.
• Previous training or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train new cleaning professionals using the Molly Maid cleaning system.
• Coach team members on quality, efficiency, and customer service.
• Perform field quality inspections and ensure company standards are met.
• Retrain employees when needed and help improve performance.
• Interview and evaluate new applicants.
• Assist with onboarding and developing new team members.
• Support office operations, scheduling, and communication.
• Step in to clean homes when business needs require.
• Help create a positive, motivated, and accountable team culture.
