Job summary

LOT Commercial Property Services is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Claims & Safety Coordinator to join our Safety team in San Diego. You will manage workers’ compensation, auto, and general liability claims while supporting safety training and documentation.

You’ll work closely with the Safety Director to keep claims organized, coordinate with insurers, medical providers, and legal counsel, and assist with return-to-work coordination.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Approximately 2–4 years of experience in workers’ compensation claims, insurance claims, risk management, safety administration, or related area.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Track workers’ compensation, auto, and general liability claims from initial reporting through resolution.
• Monitor medical appointments, work status reports, restrictions, treatment updates, and return-to-work progress.
• Maintain accurate claim files, documentation, notes, and key claim milestones.
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters, brokers, medical providers, nurse case managers, and other external partners.
• Assist with return-to-work and modified-duty coordination.
• Prepare claim summaries and status reports for Safety leadership.
