Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage workers' compensation and general liability claims lifecycle.
• Review intake paperwork for accuracy and ensure proper filing.
• Communicate with store admins, HR, clinics, adjusters, and legal reps within 24 hours as needed.
• Maintain claim information and reports to ensure timely handling and documentation.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance in handling sensitive claim data.
