Bilingual (English/Spanish) Claims & Safety Coordinator
Position Summary
LOT Commercial Property Services is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Claims & Safety Coordinator to join our Safety team. This role will support the day-to-day management and administration of the company’s workers’ compensation, auto, and general liability claims while also providing administrative support for company safety and training programs.
Working closely with the Safety Director, this person will help keep active claims organized and moving forward by coordinating with insurance adjusters, brokers, medical providers, nurse case managers, legal counsel, employees, and internal teams. Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are required, as this position will regularly communicate with employees regarding claims, work status, return-to-work, safety, and related matters.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with approximately 3–5 years of experience in workers’ compensation, insurance claims, risk management, or safety administration who is interested in expanding their experience on the employer side.
You don’t need to be a senior claims adjuster to be successful here. We’re looking for someone who understands the claims process, is exceptionally organized, and enjoys keeping all the moving pieces connected. You may currently be working as a Workers’ Compensation Claims Coordinator, Claims Assistant, Claims Examiner, Adjuster, Risk Coordinator, Safety & Claims Coordinator, or Safety Administrator and be ready to take the next step into a broader employer-side role. The right person will be comfortable following up, asking questions, keeping detailed records, and making sure employees, adjusters, medical providers, attorneys, and internal teams have the information they needed.
