Job summary

American Family Insurance Agency Staff is seeking a bilingual support specialist to manage customer interactions on new and existing claims. You will handle phone and digital communications, assist with immediate needs, and help with low-complexity claim inventory.

This role is primarily home-based with occasional office visits within a daily commuting distance to our Phoenix, AZ area offices. Compensation ranges from $25.00 to $31.88 per hour, and relocation is offered for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-driven support experience.
• Ability to review coverage, interpret estimates, and process payments.
• Independent problem solving and sound judgment.
• Experience handling calls and digital interactions.
• Must pass bilingual assessments in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and applies coverage, assigns services, interprets estimates and adjuster notes, and processes payments.
• Demonstrates planning and organization while servicing claims and FNOLs.
• Handles interactions via inbound calls, outbound calls, and digital channels.
• Completes FNOL and cross-functional responsibilities across lines of business.
• Maintains claim inventory and assists with low-complexity inventory.
