Responsibilities

• Provides product info, ensures excellent service, maintains goodwill, and promotes sales to clients.
• Acts as the primary contact for pricing, scheduling, and shipping queries, and processes orders.
• Resolves routine service issues and recommends solutions for customer complaints.
• Researches and answers commission-related questions for associates.
• Assists other departments with translation, handles calls, and performs other assigned duties.
• No supervisory responsibility.
