Pennsylvania Counseling Services (PCS) is seeking a Master’s Level Mental Health Therapist to join our Family Based Mental Health Program in Lebanon, PA. The role provides intensive therapy to children and families in home, school, and community settings using the ESFT model.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in a human services field and at least 2 years of experience with children. PCS offers comprehensive benefits, bilingual opportunities, and funded ESFT training.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s Degree in a Human Services field such as MSW, Counseling, Psychology, or related.
• Minimum of 2 years experience working with children.
• Bilingual Spanish/English and ASL proficiency preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide intensive family therapy and behavioral health interventions for children and families.
• Deliver services in home, school, and community-based settings.
• Help parents develop effective strategies for managing behavioral and emotional challenges.
• Provide crisis intervention and family stabilization support.
• Collaborate with a Bachelor’s-level Mental Health Worker to co-treat a small caseload of up to 8 families.
• Participate in weekly team supervision and clinical consultation.
• Develop treatment plans and maintain clinical documentation.
