Compass Connections in Baytown, TX is seeking compassionate direct care staff to support children in emergency shelters and group homes. You will help maintain safety, coordinate activities, and keep accurate records to aid family reunification.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 1 year of related experience, and fluency in English and Spanish. Certifications in First Aid and CPR are preferred. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required as part of the role.
