Marketplace Chaplains is seeking a Part-Time Chaplain to provide spiritual care and support to employees and their families across client worksites. This role involves regular visits, confidential pastoral conversations, and coordination of specialized assistance as needed.

• Ability to work in an interfaith setting

• Proficiency with Google Suites and Microsoft Office
• Active state driver's license and auto insurance (state servicing clients)

Responsibilities

• Make regular visits to company worksites (usually weekly) to interact with employees and build relationships
• Provide confidential pastoral discussions for personal issues and refer to specialized assistance
• Plan or attend funerals as needed and support grieving family members
• Interact with employees and their families in various settings including hospitals and homes
• Support company notifications of serious events and assist with post-termination care when needed
• Provide ministry and literature resources as appropriate to employees and families
• Represent chaplain services to clients and participate in new employee orientation
