The position supports employees during critical life events, grief, and personal challenges, providing referrals and coordinating care as needed. Flexible hours and remote field work reflect client needs, with no guaranteed minimum hours.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in an interfaith setting and serve diverse employees.
• Excellent listening, counseling, and communication skills.
• Spiritual maturity and commitment to Christian values.
• Diplomacy and professionalism when interacting with staff and families.
• Proficiency with Google Suites or Microsoft Office and basic tech literacy.
• Active driver's license and state minimum auto insurance where servicing clients.

Responsibilities

• Visit client sites weekly to build trust and support employees and families.
• Provide confidential pastoral discussions and spiritual care as needed.
• Offer grief support, funeral planning assistance, and referrals as appropriate.
• Assist in orientation and communications about Employee Care Services.
• Coordinate with executive leadership and client contacts as required.
• Represent the ministry with professionalism and compassion in diverse settings.
