Job summary

SOSi in the United States is hiring Case Processing Specialists to support a 24/7/365 operational program. The role is on-site across multiple locations and will require consecutive nights or weekends when necessary.

Candidates will perform data intake and entry, track inventory, and draft administrative paperwork while upholding quality control. The position requires US citizenship, fluency in English and Spanish, the ability to work independently or with a team, and to pass an SSBI background

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related job experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must have lived in the US for 3 out of the past 5 years.
• Basic data entry skills.
• Ability to pass an SSBI government background investigation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work independently or within a team.
