Job summary

Center for Family Life in Sunset Park is seeking a Bilingual Case Management Aide for its Employment Services program. This full-time role supports case managers with intake, data entry, coordination, and direct client interactions to ensure efficient services.

The ideal candidate has an AA degree (Bachelor's preferred), bilingual English with other languages, strong confidentiality, and a collaborative spirit.

Qualifications

• AA degree in psychology or sociology or related field preferred
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities required with strong written and verbal skills in English and other languages
• Ability to handle confidential information and work with diverse populations
• Experience with outreach and engagement in community settings
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry tasks

Responsibilities

• Perform intake and preliminary client assessments
• Assist clients with forms and documentation
• Provide information on available services and resources
• Schedule and coordinate client appointments
• Maintain accurate digital and physical case files and write notes
• Screen participants for benefits and assist with applications
• Assist with job readiness activities and resume writing
• Provide front desk support as needed
• Collaborate with team to ensure comprehensive client support
