Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or counseling or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work or psychology with documented field work experience and supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree and three years of professional experience working with children.
• CPR, First Aid, and Handle With Care certifications are current and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Assess the needs of youth in care and develop Individual Service Plans.
• Screen for human trafficking concerns and facilitate safe releases or discharges.
• Document provision of services in case files and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with agencies, families, and youth to support reunification efforts.
