Job summary

A Greater Hope is seeking a Bilingual Case Manager in California to provide comprehensive services to unaccompanied children under ORR. Under supervision, you will assess needs, develop service and safety plans, and coordinate with clinicians, educators, and sponsors.

The role requires Spanish fluency, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 2–3 years of case management, and the ability to work evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
• 2–3 years of case management or social services experience.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills.
• Must pass background checks and maintain privacy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial intake and needs assessments for each child.
• Develop individualized service and safety plans.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary team for holistic care.
• Maintain case records in ORR databases.
• Support family reunification and sponsor assessments.
• Attend MDT meetings and advocate for the child.
