Job summary

Dynamic Service Solutions in Houston, TX seeks a Case Aide to support case management for unaccompanied children, ensuring documentation accuracy and timely processing. Associate degree in behavioral sciences is preferred, with bilingual Spanish/English skills and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibility includes discharge processes, intake enrollment, and regular follow-up calls, while assisting in daily program operations and compliance with ORR regulations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in psychology, sociology, social work or related field.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English; reading/writing in both languages.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience with youth services and case management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate case management services and ensure timely release of unaccompanied children per ORR policy.
• Document services in client records and required databases per regulations.
• Prepare discharge packets and provide exit orientation to clients.
• Enroll youth into internal intake system and file placement documents.
• Make weekly follow-up calls with family, caregiver, sponsor post-reunification.
• Assist management with daily tasks to support program operations and policy adherence.
