Job summary

Cencora is hiring for a client-facing HR support role in Canada, with responsibilities spanning call handling, case management, and client follow-up. You will work within Innomar Strategies’ frameworks to resolve inquiries related to HR processes and policies.

The role requires strong bilingual communication, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate multiple HR systems. Regular business hours with EST alignment are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in customer service.
• Bilingual English/French is an asset.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide first contact for calls, emails, and client requests to answer questions and resolve issues.
• Log questions and requests, update case records using case management tools.
• Follow up with clients and conduct additional research as needed.
• Keep clients informed of progress and resolution status.
• Provide accurate, timely responses to HR processes, systems, and policies.
