Job summary

Stars Behavioral Health Group is seeking a Case Manager (Bilingual Spanish) in San Jose for an in-person role. You will provide oversight, case management, assessments, and treatment planning to clients in community, clinic, and home settings.

The position offers full-time hours, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for paid CEU training to support professional growth in mental health services.

Qualifications

• HS degree with 6 years of direct service experience in the Mental Health field.
• Associates degree with 4 years of direct service experience in the Mental Health field.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience in the mental health field.
• Valid California Driver’s License and auto insurance; driving required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and care manage clients referred to Starlight programs.
• Provide case management, assessments, screenings, and treatment planning/monitoring.
• Offer rehabilitation services to clients and families in community settings.
• Drive clients between locations using personal vehicle as needed.
