Scion Staffing, Inc. has been engaged to conduct a search for a Case Manager for a community-focused nonprofit in the San Francisco Bay Area.

The role is full-time, onsite in San Francisco, with a Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. The Case Manager will provide personalized, home-based support to families participating in rental assistance programs, helping them access resources and work toward housing stability.

Formación

• Experience in social services, case management, or related fields.
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency is preferred for communicating with participants.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individualized, home-based case management to families to support housing stability.
• Connect participants with services related to employment, budgeting, legal assistance, mental health, and other needs.
• Help families navigate housing challenges, complete documentation, and establish achievable goals.
• Maintain ongoing communication and follow-up with participants and collaborate with community partners.
