CAMBA is hiring a Case Manager to support clients in attaining housing stability and improving their quality of life. This role requires conducting assessments, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with community resources to assist clients effectively. A bachelor's degree in social work or a related field and four years of relevant experience are essential, with a preference for candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish.

The position offers a full-time schedule at 35 hours per week and a competitive annual salary between $44,800 and $48,925, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field.
• Four years of relevant experience or equivalent education.
• Ability to obtain required clearances throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and create client files.
• Prepare psychosocial evaluations and maintain documentation.
• Assist clients with independent living plans and community resources.
• Monitor clients' progress and document all client encounters.
