Job summary

Mid-Willamette Valley Community Action Agency seeks a Bilingual Case Manager in Salem, OR to support clients with housing assessments, enrollment, and placement within ARCHES Project initiatives. You will perform eligibility screening, document gathering, and follow-ups while maintaining strict data confidentiality and program compliance.

Qualified candidates provide bilingual English–Spanish skills, two years of related social service experience, and proficiency with MS Office and database/web

Qualifications

• Two years related social service experience or equivalent.
• Advanced degree with two+ years homeless service delivery experience preferred.
• Bilingual English–Spanish required; bilingual exam with pay differential.
• Proficient in MS Office, database software, and web tools.
• Excellent planning, organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to ensure access to housing assessments and resources.
• Attend required trainings and assist with intake, enrollment, and shelter placement.
• Provide case management and housing placement support to promote self-sufficiency.
• Develop action plans identifying needs, barriers and strengths.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure data quality and compliance with funding requirements.
