Job summary

Perfected is seeking a bilingual Case Manager to support the LA Fire Justice campaign in Pasadena, CA. You will manage a docket of cases, coordinating intake, medical records, forms, and client engagement, while ensuring QA and timely post-settlement steps.

In-person client interactions and empathetic communication are essential to success. The role requires 1+ year experience in mass tort or similar, legal knowledge, customer service, and strong skills with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or similar experience.
• 1+ years of experience in the mass tort industry and/or a similar role.
• 1+ years of legal knowledge/case management.
• 1+ years in customer service.
• 1+ years of experience handling high call volumes with tact and empathy.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and interprets data to move cases through milestones.
• Handles intake qualification, medical record coordination, QA, and post-settlement tasks in the case lifecycle.
• Communicates with clients via calls, emails, texts, and in person.
• Collaborates with external partners to validate and maximize client claims.
• Filing and questionnaire submissions before court deadlines.
• Supports community outreach and events as needed.
• Maintains accurate case details and adheres to quality guidelines.
• Overtime may be required to meet critical deadlines.
