Job summary

Compass United is hiring for a Safety Verification Initiative role focused on in-person safety visits and support for families nationwide. You will engage with children and families, maintain documentation, and collaborate with crisis line staff to ensure timely, appropriate responses.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree (social work, psychology, criminal justice, sociology, or related) with three years of crisis intervention and case management experience; bilingual English/Spanish is

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or undergraduate degree from an accredited program/university in social work, psychology, criminal justice, sociology, or related field.
• Graduate degree from an accredited program/university strongly preferred.
• Three (3) years of related experience including crisis intervention and case management.

Responsibilities

• Meet federal/state regulatory guidelines and standards applicable to the role.
• Maintain a caseload per agency policies and licensing requirements.
• Participate in workshops, seminars, and trainings for professional growth.
