Qualifications

• Experience as a paralegal/case manager in personal injury.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload from intake to trial preparation.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle personal injury cases from intake to resolution.
• Draft and file pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Support attorneys with trial preparation and litigation tasks.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel.
• Maintain organized case files and monitor all key deadlines.
• Translate and interpret for client communications and document needs.
