Job summary

TORKLAW in Las Vegas is seeking a Bilingual Case Coordinator (Plaintiff Personal Injury) to manage pre-litigation cases from inception through settlement, maintain files, and communicate with clients and attorneys.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in plaintiff personal injury, are highly organized, and proficient with standard office software. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required.

BILINGUAL CASE COORDINATOR | PLAINTIFF PERSONAL INJURY

PAY: $60K + DOE

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from inception through settlement
• Maintain organized and accurate case files, records, and documentation
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other involved parties
• Assist with drafting and preparing legal documents and correspondence
• Gather and organize medical records, bills, evidence, and other case-related materials
• Coordinate medical treatment and assist clients throughout the claims process
• Handle property damage claims and assist with lien negotiations
• Monitor case progress and ensure deadlines, milestones, and follow-ups are completed timely
• Work collaboratively with attorneys, and support staff to move cases efficiently toward resolution
• Provide compassionate and professional client service while managing sensitive situations with care and professionalism

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury
• Proficient with standard office and productivity software
• Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Resourceful problem-solver with the ability to navigate challenging situations professionally
• Professional, personable, and client-focused demeanor
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required
• Prior litigation experience is a plus
