Job summary

The Forge Companies is seeking a Case Analyst to support client and internal teams, coordinating the case lifecycle from onboarding to settlement. You will bridge the gap between client-facing Financial Consultants and the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.

You will work with Alloy CRM, manage documentation, and communicate in English and Spanish with clients and attorneys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Georgia Life Insurance License required or obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Experience in financial services environment preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and document management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and client support to internal and external clients of The Forge Companies.
• Serve as liaison between client-facing Financial Consultants and onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate records and provide real-time case status updates in Alloy.
• Prepare settlement materials and coordinate with production teams on next steps.
• Communicate with English- and Spanish-speaking clients and attorneys as needed.
• Schedule and document confirmation of sold products and policy mailings.
