American Fidelity Corporation is seeking a bilingual Sales Support Analyst to develop and proactively manage the case flow for incoming new business. The role involves providing product knowledge, enrollment materials, and proposals, and ensuring a smooth transition of new and renewal business from agents to policy issuance.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in insurance, experience in agent recruitment/development, and strong Excel/Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to handle multiple

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but commensurate experience in insurance sales, agent recruiting/development, or related field may be accepted.
• 3-5 years of experience in insurance or related field preferred.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) required.

Mansioni

• Develop and proactively support the case management of incoming new business by removing roadblocks and providing requirement and status information to the producer.
• Provide applications, appointment information, enrollment materials and proposals, and support sales by administering a smooth transition of all new and renewal business received from agents and producers.
• Support Sales by being the contact between brokers or carriers and all AFA/APL departments to facilitate case management and a personalized climate for brokers.
• Exercise discretion and independent judgment to support profitable sales for the Company.
