Job summary

The Forge Companies is seeking a Case Analyst to support internal and external clients, bridging between client-facing Financial Consultants and the onboarding process. You will track, coordinate and manage next steps in the case lifecycle, ensuring accurate records and timely updates.

A Georgia Life Insurance License is required or must be obtained within 6 months of hire. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred to assist diverse clients and attorneys.

Qualifications

• College degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Georgia Life Insurance License required or must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (preferred).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; ability to create documented procedures and detailed spreadsheets; use Teams and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and client support to internal and external clients.
• Coordinate case lifecycle and next steps between teams and Financial Consultants.
• Maintain accurate records in Alloy and document materials in M Files.
• Communicate with clients and attorneys in English and Spanish.
• Prepare settlement recommendation materials for client meetings.
