The Forge Companies is seeking a Case Analyst to support a team of Financial Consultants and coordinate the client onboarding process. You will track case life cycles, manage documents, and maintain accurate records in Alloy and related systems.

The role requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with bilingual English and Spanish preferred. A Georgia Life Insurance license is noted as beneficial, and occasional collaboration with attorneys is expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with clients and teammates.
• Support Financial Consultants to service clients and attorneys.
• Coordinate case steps and maintain case status updates.
• Review and analyze case documents and details.
• Prepare settlement materials for client meetings.
• Maintain records in Alloy and M-Files.
• Handle client and attorney communication in English and Spanish.
