Job summary

Help At Home, LLC seeks an On-site Care Supervisor Lead for the Miami market. The role manages a team of Care Supervisors, coordinates caregiver schedules, and ensures high-quality client and caregiver experiences.

The candidate will coach staff, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive operational excellence while supporting bilingual communications. The position requires a strong people leader with a passion for delivering high‑quality home care services and developing teams to achieve

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
At least 3 years of healthcare experience, preferably in home health.
2+ years of supervisory experience.
Intermediate MS Office/office administration skills.
Must be able to work in a bilingual English/Spanish environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee a team of Care Supervisors and coordinate scheduling for the Miami market.
Ensure compliance reporting and issue resolution for caregivers and clients.
Lead team meetings and provide coaching and accountability for goals.
Train current and new Care Supervisors and manage staffing for shifts.
Maintain confidential client, caregiver, and agency information.
