You will update patient information in EMR, schedule appointments, coordinate referrals for a multidisciplinary team, and assist with paperwork at kiosks.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Bilingual proficiency required; testing may be conducted.
• Minimum 1 year in a clinical setting or similar environment.
• EMR systems experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guide them through check-in for a seamless visit.
• Update member information in the EMR system.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals for a multidisciplinary care team.
• Assist members with filling out paperwork via electronic kiosks.
• Request and upload medical records to the EMR system.
• Field questions from members and family members; relay details as needed.
• Manage center phone line, take messages, and route information.
• Assist with center events as needed.
