Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a bilingual healthcare liaison to serve as the primary contact for Spanish- and English-speaking patients and families. You will translate care updates, track authorizations, and communicate changes to the plan of care.

You will monitor case status, maintain records in HHAeXchange and Salesforce, and support interdisciplinary teams. Travel to on-site assessments and trainings may be required.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
