Qualifications

• Proficiency in spoken English and Spanish with interpretation ability; telephone-based assessment during application.

Responsibilities

• Assist members and staff with telephone card servicing questions.
• Serve as on-call interpreter for Spanish language member-facing support.
• Identify and report fraudulent activity.
• Provide information about account status, requests, payments, and rights and obligations.
• Participate in coaching sessions and personal development.
• Perform other related duties.
