Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• 3–5 years in recruitment, community outreach, or customer service.
• Proficiency with Office suites and Google tools.
• Experience with enrollment software (e.g., SchoolMint).
• Reliable local travel and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop local partnerships with businesses and community groups.
• Coordinate on-campus tours and information sessions for families.
• Support enrollment from application to registration with the registrar.
• Lead Open Houses and parent orientations to boost enrollment.
• Track enrollment progress and adjust outreach strategies.
