Esperanza College of Eastern University seeks a College Admissions Recruiter to guide prospective students through the full admissions cycle, from inquiry to enrollment, and support the Admissions Team in achieving KPIs.

Based in a predominantly Latino community in North Philadelphia, the college invites a bilingual candidate to engage families, schools, and community partners, coordinating information sessions and recruitment events year-round.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university.
• Two+ years in professional sales or recruitment; military veteran preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish ability to speak, understand, read, and write.
• Strong technology skills including proficiency in Microsoft Suite and business social media usage.
• CRM experience, preferably Target X or Salesforce.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the week to Philadelphia area locations.
• Ability to work extended evenings and weekend hours during peak season.
• Strong cross-cultural interpersonal and writing skills and public speaking abilities.
• Knowledge of the college admissions process including admissions, financial aid, orientation, events.
• Goal-driven with understanding of KPIs driving recruiter performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire admissions process from lead generation through enrollment submission and financial aid support.
• Plan and execute informational sessions, Open Houses, and campus presentations for prospective students and families.
• Maintain CRM data and promptly submit required reports.
• Collaborate with Admissions Team to develop promotional materials and recruitment campaigns.
• Represent the College to diverse populations in a professional manner.
• Travel to local schools and community organizations to recruit students.
• Ensure confidentiality and FERPA compliance in handling student information.
