• Experience with admissions software preferred.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with network and school-based Recruitment and Enrollment teams to reach annual enrollment goals.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to increase applications and conversions.
• Represent Gestalt Community Schools at recruitment fairs and community events.
• Develop partnerships with community orgs, businesses, and referrals to expand pipelines.
• Plan and facilitate open houses, tours, admissions events, and family information sessions.
• Coordinate bilingual recruitment communications and materials for Spanish-speaking families.
• Lead the scholar lottery process in compliance with state law and manage waitlists.
• Manage the recruitment and enrollment process from inquiry to enrollment with timely follow-up.
• Track, analyze, and report recruitment data including yield and waitlist activity.
