Job summary

Ateeca Inc. is seeking a customer service professional to handle a high-volume inquiry flow. The role requires a diploma or GED with several years of relevant experience and strong English and/or Spanish communication skills.

Candidates who are bilingual and familiar with MBTA operations are a plus. The position may require flexibility across shifts, including weekends, with proficiency in standard office software such as Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years in high-volume customer service.
• Strong organizational, time management, analytical and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent customer service, conflict resolution, reading, writing, speaking and comprehension in English and/or Spanish.
• Be available to work shifts Mon-Fri 6:15AM–8:00PM and Sat-Sun 8:00AM–4:00PM.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, or Database Applications.
