Skills for Chicago, a Chicago-based nonprofit, is seeking an associate to handle inbound customer interactions via phone, chat, and email in a fast-paced environment. You will identify upselling opportunities and work toward commission targets while resolving service and billing issues.

Qualified candidates are bilingual (English/Spanish), with 1+ year in an inbound call center, a high school diploma, and strong customer focus.
