• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs to meet goals.
• Conduct outreach to residential housing owners, educating them about programs and services.
• Assess eligibility and gather documentation over the phone.
• Schedule consultations between residents and company specialists.
• Ensure appointment details are communicated to the specialist.
• Submit all required documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and issues.
• Attend training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills.
• Follow company policies and safety regulations.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet team and company goals.
• Conduct outreach to residential housing owners, educating them about available programs and services.
• Assess eligibility and gather necessary documentation over the phone.
• Schedule consultations between residential occupants and company specialists.
• Ensure appointment details are clearly communicated to the designated specialist.
• Submit all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Actively contribute to team success and align with the company’s overall objectives.
• Keep detailed records of interactions, issues, and ongoing customer needs.
• Attend all training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following company policies and safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as needed to support company operations.

Qualifications
