The position is TEMPORARY, on-site, with available shifts 12:30pm-7:30pm or 5:30am-12:30pm and mandatory overtime. It offers a fast-paced environment serving parents, schools, and transportation providers.

HOURS & COMPENSATION

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish
• Must have at least one(1) year of experience in a call center
• Computer skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work in a heavy call volume environment
• Demonstrated customer service excellence over the phone, in-person, and through email
• Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment
