Job summary

South Plains Rural Health Services is seeking a bilingual Call Center/Data Entry Clerk to support patients and the care team in Levelland, Texas. You will help connect patients to the care they need by handling calls, scheduling appointments, updating records, and preparing information for visits.

This role requires fluency in English and Spanish, strong communication and data entry skills, and the ability to protect patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.

• Ability to use computers and standard office equipment.
• CPR or Basic Life Support qualification.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 8AM-5PM

What You'll Do

• Prepare and review medical charts for chronic care patients.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
