This entry-level position involves answering inquiries related to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent communication and documentation skills. Applicants must be U.S. citizens and eligible for DHS Security Clearance. The role offers a salary range of $20-$25 per hour and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required. Must be Eligible to obtain a DHS Security Clearance.
• Experience in responding to requests for information and conducting searches in government databases.
• Minimum proficiency of a 2+ in Interpretation Performance according to the Interagency Language Roundtable Scale.

Responsabilités

• Obtain client information by answering telephone calls and responding to emails.
• Respond to inquiries by researching cases and customer history.
• Document and communicate all customer interactions in a centralized system.

Formation
