Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service or healthcare admin preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred — healthcare experience a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers/clients professionally, announcing the facility name.
• Build and maintain productive relations with coworkers, supervisors, patients, and public.
• Answer calls and schedule medical/dental appointments in the EHS system or transfer callers.
• Register/update patient demographics daily.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and call center compliance.
