Jobot is seeking a motivated bilingual Business Development Representative in Vernon, CA to manage and grow wholesale accounts, meet revenue targets, and drive customer service in a dynamic manufacturing-related space.

The successful candidate will use bilingual skills (Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese or Tagalog) to develop a strong sales pipeline, build client relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability and market visibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in sales account management, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proven track record of meeting quotas and revenue targets.
• Experience managing wholesale and key accounts.
• Bilingual with professional communication in Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Tagalog or Filipino.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing key accounts, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve quotas and revenue targets.
• Identify new opportunities and convert them into profitable relationships.
• Review sales performance and take corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with merchandising to ensure product availability and visibility.
