Job summary

Suvida Healthcare seeks a Broker Manager to build and sustain relationships with health plan agents, brokers, and agencies across markets. You will educate partners on Suvida’s culturally relevant primary care model and Medicare enrollment processes, serving internal teams and external networks with compliance and strategic insights.

You will lead broker engagement, KPI tracking, and cross‑functional collaboration with Growth and Neighborhood Engagement teams, while supporting Annual Enrollment

Qualifications

• 3+ years with Medicare/Medicaid/Medicare Advantage plans.
• 3+ years leading brokers, agencies or FMOs.
• Proven sales history with health plan agents and brokers.
• Experience with insurance payers and Field Marketing Organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategy to engage brokers in assigned region with Growth and Neighborhood Engagement teams.
• Serve as expert on Medicare/Medicaid; provide insights to internal teams while ensuring compliance.
• Use Salesforce to document broker activity and referrals; manage KPI tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with Neighborhood Engagement to build broker relationships and drive referrals.
• Lead Annual Enrollment Period initiatives and related training for field leadership.
