Consumers Credit Union is seeking a full-time Branch Specialist for our North Waukegan branch. This on-site role blends concierge, teller, and personal banking duties to welcome members, process transactions, and open accounts while guiding financial products to fit member goals.

The position requires a high school diploma and 1+ year of service experience; banking exposure is a plus. Expect a 40-hour schedule with varied weekday and Saturday shifts, plus benefits and performance bonuses.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, sales, or cash handling.
• Banking, Teller, or Personal Banker experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome members in the branch creating a positive first impression.
• Assist and educate members on self-service options, including ITMs.
• Process transactions accurately and resolve account and service needs.
• Open new consumer accounts efficiently and with attention to detail.
• Identify opportunities to connect members with loans, mortgages, and wealth management services.
• Recommend improvements that enhance the member experience and branch operations.
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, audits, and balancing standards.
