Qualifications

• Fully bilingual - English and Spanish (verbal and written) required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive and dynamic customer service.
• Receives bank visitors, provides information, and directs them to appropriate staff as necessary.
• Responds to customer inquiries and requests regarding our products and services; provide solutions and cross-sell products.
• Cross sells bank products and services.
• Generates new accounts, loans and other products as defined and instructed.
